Plan a Super Stylish Beach Wedding

The best thing about planning a beach wedding is that you don’t have to worry about decorating; nature takes care of the background! If a beach wedding was always your dream theme, here’s a quick guide to planning a stress free wedding.
Formal or Casual:
Although the very theme indicates a €kick back and relax’ mood, some couple prefer a formal style, but this would mean more planning. You will have to decide on the style very early as all other plans shall follow the correct theme. If the style is formal, you will have to inform guests accordingly.
Budget:
A lot of issues actually depend on this. If you have a comfortable budget in mind, the guest list can be long. In fact, you can even arrange for a private beach through a resort or hotel. But when the budget is tight, a public beach should be enough. But keep in mind that you have to choose a location that is not very far and hence unaffordable for these guests to access.
Dress Code:
As earlier said, the style and theme of the wedding depends on the dress code. If the theme is informal, you don’t have to worry about wearing a black tie or a gown. If the style’s informal, the dress code can be relaxed. Thus Hawaiian shirts, Bermuda shorts, sandals, floppy hats, etc. shall be the norm. Make sure you inform your guests about the dress code, especially if it is formal. As for the bride and the groom, beach wedding dresses have to be ordered.
Planning for Contingencies:
It’s going to be very windy on the beach; hence make sure that you forewarn guests to dress appropriately. You can’t control the weather, but will have to make all arrangements that are required for an outdoor ceremony. These include canopies, umbrellas, or tents and such other items required to protect guests from becoming wet. This one should come as an obvious point- time your event carefully. If you are planning a wedding in Florida, August to September should be avoided as it’s sure to rain then.
Time:
Would it be a morning wedding or a evening one? When it’s a beach wedding, an early sunrise is a good idea, but not everyone gets up early in the morning. Hence, a time close to sun set is ideal as it’s neither too hot nor too dark to remove photos.
Other things such as furniture and furnishings, and other facilities will also have to be paid attention to.
